Directions

• For bladder support, adults and children over 12 take 1 teaspoon (2 g) of powder once or twice daily. For urgent bladder support, take the same amount every 2 to 3 hours.
• Children under 12 take half the amount (1/2 teaspoon, 1 g).
• Dissolve in water, tea or sugar-free juice.
• See a doctor if symptoms develop, worsen or persist.

Safety information
Pregnancy and breastfeeding: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, consult your doctor or other healthcare provider before taking D-mannose. The safety and efficacy of D-mannose during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been established.
Children: D-mannose is a simple sugar. If your doctor has told you that you or your child have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking or giving it to your child.
Do not take if you are allergic to D-mannose or have rare glucose-galactose malabsorption.
Other medicines: No interactions are known. Tell your healthcare provider about any medicine you are taking.

Store in a cool, dry place at or below 25 °C, in the original packaging. Keep out of reach of children.
